Well, we just started our swim units a few days ago. We wear our boxers under our trunks (don't know why). Well, after we showered (with swimsuits on), we went to change out. Well, instead of just getting nude, they struggle trying to keep a towel over and changing, going to the bathroom, or not even changing them. What is up with this? I mean, we all have the same package, and that's what your supposed to do in the locker room... just not care about being naked.

P.S. I'll get nude tomorrow, and see how it goes.

Young men are nervous about seeing what everyone else has. Some have started puberty, some have not. Anyway, everyone has the same thing, just shaped a little different. Show them you are more confident than the rest!

The same thing happens with girls the same age. It's just that a lot of people are self conscious, and don't want to get naked in front of anyone else. They probably think that they don't have the same package as everyone else, and that there's something wrong with theirs. It's probably not true, but many humans of all ages think they're not on par with the rest of the planet.

On top of that, it's not uncommon at all for 9th grade boys to make fun of each other, so I'm sure there are plenty of them who are worried they'll be razzed.

Of course you are supposed to get naked! It's a locker room. There is something seriously wrong with teenage boys today that are afraid to be naked around other boys. I swear there's some type of mass hysteria that has spread out of control concerning places where it is perfectly OK to be naked.
