Ever since I was a child, I've always wanted to be a singer. Some of my friends and family tell me that I'm a good singer... but that's not the point. Do you have a talent that you wish would be discovered or that you would like to pursue? I want to be a singer/sonwritter/drummer. What about you?

Yes, I've always had a dream of singing - and no matter what, no-one is going to take that away from me.
I also play the piano and songwrite, but can never get the music sounding good to my written material.
But, as i say, I'm only 15, so I have plenty time to learn...!
My advice is... if you have a dream of singing, pursue it - go somewhere where they'll test you properly and make you realise whether you can make this dream come true or not.

Ah yes...I still desperately want to be a singer. I know I'm talented; I've been told several times that I'm a hybrid of Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera, but nothing's happening in my "career." I've received awards for singing, been in newspapers, etc. so I just have to keep hoping and praying.
I've done some paying singing gigs (weddings, church masses, etc.) but those aren't satisfying as a singer.

I am a singer and a pianist. I play a little bit of guitar. I've always wanted to learn how to play the 'cello, though; I wish I had time to learn.

I always wanted to be a drummer, but my band instructor said it was for boys only (32 years ago). I play the clarinet, and trumpet. Woo hoo, do you think any Rock-N-Roll / Grunge bands will sign me on? LOL.

If I mastered an instrument, I'd drop everything and take a shot. I write songs and lyrics already, and I've won two karaoke contests.

i wanted 2 be a singer/songwriter/cheographer n i still do but i highly doubt that would happen so I stepped into reality:(

um a singer deff, but im not good enough. but thats not the point. i just love singing and thats all that really matters.

I want to sing. I'm in chorus and honor chorus at my school. Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm good though.I still love it!
