You want to add meats and fish early enough on that they'd be cooked by the time the noodles are. As a general rule, I like to cook fish or meat beforehand and add it to the ramen after. For frozen veggies like peas or carrots, follow the directions on the bag; they should cook pretty quickly. You can add frozen shrimp near the end of your cook time, as long as it's pre-cooked and thawed (it thaws quickly under cold water). Spinach and other leafy greens you can add towards the end, as it will steam pretty quickly. I'm not sure about the hot dogs and sausages, but I'm pretty sure the frozen fish sticks and filets will get really soggy and nasty if you cook them in ramen (the breaded ones, right?). They would probably be better if you baked them regularly and then served them on top of the ramen. If there is an Asian market near you, I recommend getting stuff like frozen fish balls and cakes from there, and also kamaboko. Things that I've found go well in ramen: Spinach Chopped cabbage Shredded carrot Cubed daikon radish, potato, or yam Sliced or shopped cucumber Onion (especially green onion, just chop it up and sprinkle it on before eating) Nori Steamed Egg (just crack an egg on top of the ramen when it's finished and the water is still boiling, and cover until the egg is cooked) Sliced hard-boiled egg Thinly sliced pork or beef (and maybe ham, never tried it but it would probably be good) Shredded chicken or turkey Tofu- regular or fried. Also, look for canned inari tofu. It's awesome on soups and you can usually find it in the Asian section of most supermarkets. Frozen meatballs- follow the directions on the package for cooking time Imitation or real crabmeat Shrimp, prawn, clams and mussels Croutons Hope this helps. :)

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven about 20 minutes. Make sure inserted thermometer reads 165 degrees.
