Did you use the puppy one on her?
If you did then I would not use it again. Something in it has really irritated her skin. I would give her another bath and not use the Advantix again.
Call your vet and tell them what happened let them know of her reaction.
Have them suggest a different flea spot on for her ok.

I personally use Frontline on my Golden pup and he has no problem with it.
Please speak with your vet ok.

This stuff is supposed to be OK for use from 8 weeks of age so you should be fine.

She may still have fleas. You're supposed to wait 48 hours after bathing before applying any spot-on or it can't work properly; it won't be able to spread through the skin.

Best thing to do for advice like this, is pick up the phone to your vet!

I have heard from several people that Advantix is not good, they even call it Killtex . Studies did show that felines died while on it. Other adverse affects could be skin rash, hair loss and even paraplegia. So, try something like frontline instead.

U shouldn't have bathed her first. Advantix works with te oils in her skin. You'll probably have to retreat her sooner than normal.

Wash her again she maybe allergic to it, give her an antihistamine, diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or hydroxyzine (Atarax) do not use anything with pseudoephedrine in it at all its toxic to animals. Keep an eye on her and if it doesn't settle take her to the vets.

She may be having an allergic reaction. Call her doctor and see what they say. They may want you to wash it off.
