Yes. Temperatures have been decreasing since 1998.

A slight warming will be generally beneficial. It would have to get pretty warm before it had a net negative affect in my opinion in spite of the hype.

It's global warming for one (I hope you caught that) and two global warming hasn't been proven with hard facts or evidence. Some would suggest temperatures have decreased. I mean hell, it's December and there's an ice storm in Oklahoma and on Thanksgiving Day it was snowing in Dallas, Texas. Environmental protection measures should be taken, of course, but global warming is still just an up-in-the-air political issue generating bullshit money and creating yet another split in American politics.

We are still in drought in Australia, even though it has been raining for weeks on the east coast. They predict that our dams will never be as full - ever, as they have in past. I have also noticed that our summers are much more revoltingly hot than ever before - so no, I think it's getting worse.

the temperatures might have improved in the past, but now, they are increasing so global warming is getting worse.
