Seriously, if you are being stalked and have already
notified the police, make sure that your Parents are also
aware of this and take precautions when you leave your
home. If possible, if you have a Cell Phone, you can take
a photograph of this alledged Stalker, and you can show
it to your Parents & Police, thereby having it on File just
in case any other thing may occur. And most important
of all, Make Sure That You Are Correct In Your Assumption, Leave No Room For Error.

Keep notes on each time you see the person -where - what was said and who was present that may have witnessed.

If the person is calling you - go to Radio Shack -you can purchase an adapter for your phone that will let you hook a micro-cassette recorder to your phone - then you can record the conversations. At the end of each conversation, record the date and time of the call.

It's all about documentation.

I would suggest keeping a journal, and writing everything down... when you see this person, what they say, and if there are any witnesses around. An impartial witness can help add credibility if it comes down to your word against theirs. Stalking is an ongoing crime, and you must prove a course of conduct, so the documentation is important.

Your notes could also be used to obtain a protection order, which may prevent much of his conduct, and give the prosecutor more leverage in charging.

keep laert at all times. Be cautious, if whatever comes to mind, just do it even if it seems to strange, check everything out even though people might think its carzy.
