Ticket goes on the driver's license. So the points will be added to your license. So when you renew your insurance, the insurance will see the ticket in your name.

So your insurance will go up.

It's the driver who gets the ticket, not the car. When was the last time you saw a car go to municipal court because it got a speeding ticket?? it's YOUR bad driving that will send up YOUR insurance premium, not somebody else's.
