G'day. I suggest "Clean Up", it is freeware system optimisation tool that removes unused and temporary files from your system- allowing Windows to run faster, more efficiently and giving you more disk space.

The best cleaner would have to be the built in windows defragmentor and disk cleanup util. IF you computer is going slow and assuming your using windows your most likely due for a clean reinstal. But best options are just to use them and virus and spyware check your PC every now and then. Its very hard to get something thats both "free" and "good"
