Some boy...............?

Question

Okay, I am a freshman and he is a sophmore. He is probably the hottest guy I have ever seen. He is genuine and nice to me. Some days I feel that he likes me because I catch him starring at me and others I feel like he likes my friend (she is 2X smarter and prettier than me.). It makes me so mad. I don't like liking him anymore. But I can't get over this beautiful fealing I recieve everytime her looks or talks to me. I feel like he is perfect. I just need to know signs that a guy likes you and not your friend.



P.S. He is a party guy and likes to dance! Like me. My friend doesn't. Would it be a sign that he would rather go to the dance if I asked him to go like "Hey Tom, are you going to the dance?" And he said he would but to my friend he said,
" Probably not." Is that a sign?

Uhh, sorry, forgot to add that we already had the dance, and I danced with him A LOT. And I was one of the two girls that slow danced with him.

If you think some days he likes you, and some days he likes your friend, then you should ask him out/to the dance before he asks her. You don't want to end up like some people here who regret not asking before their friends. (course then the other friend goes here and regrets it too)

Besides, if he goes with your friend to the dance and she doesn't dance, then during the dance you can dance with him (happens a lot here).

Hopefully he doesn't say he will go to the dance with you and end up standing you up. Cause that's just mean.

Hmm, depends on the tone of his voice when he said "Probably not" if he said it with slight sarcasm then he really isn't going to go, with you, but if he said it with a bit of a 'ee' like a happy tone, then it means 'Im going if you are.'
