Who cares? Most things people think are bad for them are the result of Mass Media putting spin on a story to sell more newspapers or to get you to watch the news. Better yet,a lot of the time it is just the news getting it wrong and people being to lazy to follow up and figure out that the report ws wrong. Watching TV isn't as bad for you as people think. Drinking beer is actually health. Cellphones don't cause cancer.

I remember hearing someone state that drinking pop is the
equalivant of drinking your own urine as in carbon dioxide is a waste that we expel when we breath out then why would you want to consume it. Sorry I have say oh well I only live once and pop and carbonated beverages taste good so if it hurts me oh well at least I will die happy knowing I tried things in life.

The belief that carbonation has any health impact is an urban legend. It is harmless carbon dioxide, just like you breath. Is breathing bad for you? (Correct answer = "no").

If you mean with an alcoholic beverage, it can be good or bad. Just depends on how you look at it. With a soda, alcohol is absorbed faster, so if you wan't to get tipsy faster, drink a soda. But if your thinking it will dilute the alcohol, it won't, it will just absorb into your bloodstream faster.
