It depends on where he is. In the United States, generally yes. The punishment for statutory rape is generally between 4 -- 30 years in prison, and it is generally based on how upset the victim or the accuser is with the accused (the defendant), the personal leanings of the judge or jury, and the age gap (25 year old man and 15 year old girl might be treated more harshly than an 18 year old man and a 17 year old girl but less harshly than a 50 year old and a 10 year old).

Totally. A 15 year old girl is a child. Most state's age of consent is 16 and that is for *consenting to marry with parental permission.* Not to have sex. This is child rape or statutory rape depending on the state and statute. It is a felony in all states and will almost certainly garner a prison sentence. A lot of states now have mandatory minimums for child rape like 25-life.
A 25 year old man is a legal adult and therefore can be presumed to be in a position of power, strength and influence over the younger girl and use his experience in life to wield that power. Knowing that the girl is a minor, he is sexual exploiting her. 25 year old men should NOT be having sex with adolescent children or any kind of child for that matter.
He can absolutely be prosecuted for this, imprisoned and then required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Oh... and the girl he had raped IS the witness and she can testify against him.

Yes...charged, convicted and sentenced...and also be required to register as a sex offender.
Sexual contact with a person under the age of consent (18 in most states and there can be exceptions to that rule), it is considered statutory rape, whether or not consent was given.
When it comes to exceptions, that means if the underage person is an emancipated minor, a parent themselves or pregnant or if they are married. In those circumstances, they are considered an adult.

In the eyes of the law the girl was still a child and he slept with her knowing full well that she was under age so hell yes he has to be charged. he will be a nice star on someones christmas tree he will get whats due to him in prison.
I know a similer sitation happened in ireland this year the boy was 19 and she was 14 and when her father found out he brokes the boys two legs and warned him to stay away from his daughter.
So justice will be done.

Depending on the laws of the state it could be Statutory Rape.
You will need to find out what the age of consent is for sexual intercourse in your state. If the girl is under the age of consent and she willingly engages in sexual intercourse with you - you can still be charged with Statutory Rape.

you will find a girl special enough to not judge you for your "difference" , you are a MAN and if a girl feels as if she's in control of you because of your size she has stereotypical views and shouldn't be around you at all don't worry about those girls they're just ignorant.

In California...
Yes. Its called 261.5 (d) PC if it was consensual (as if it exists)
Its a felony or misdemeanor. The sentence will vary based on the circumstances. He will be a sex registrant for the rest of his life regardless.
