Lol...ok no naughty answer here.

Happiness is a fleeting thing, it is not something that is a constant. If you live your life in a good way; respect yourself, others, make well thought out choices, are honest and do good, then problems will not be as many, although we all have problems of some degree or another.

Learn to cope with what comes your way. By that I mean if everything that happens becomes a major drama, that is not handling it well.

You have to do a self-evaluation of yourself and ask why your truly not happy. Are you crabby or short with people all the time? Are you violent? Or are you just a un-happy person and WHY? Un-happy in your relationship, school...etc. If you can't solve this on your own, I would suggest seeking a professional to talk to. We all need to vent and life is too short not to at least try to be happy! Good luck to you and your finding happiness!

You can get happy by doing things that are fun and being outgoing. You must participate in activities and become a leader this will make you feel happy. Also sex does make people happy too, because the body releases endorphins. Hope that helps.
