there is this kid whom likes me, and i like him. he is going to ask me out but im really nervous.

im really not used to being this highly regarded by anyone, (which also makes me uneasy) although i do have self confidence

ive never had an in school boyfriend before and im afraid of what will happen if we break up.

will it ruin our friendship? i guess im also kind of nervous about commiting to one person.

is it possible that we can be 'going out' but not really have the official title, and be commited to one another and do everything a BF/GF do? that way, if we have to break up, we can just go back to being friends without all the drama.

anyways, im really nervous? any advice on how to loosen up?

Typically, you can't go back to being friends after having a romantic relationship. Titles don't mean anything; it's how you feel that matters.

If it's meant to be, it will work out. If it's not, you won't.

Just go with the flow. It sounds easy, but it's not. Try not to overanalyze. Being boyfriend and girlfriend is like being best friends who share everything, so if you try to look at it like that, you'll have better luck without stressing out.
