My first question back to you would be "How do you know that your testosterone is low?"

There are many medical conditions which can cause this. I would be inclined to speak to a Dr first. I would also ask for a test to establish your chromosomes.

You may have AIS or some other condition. Check out the ISNA web site.

Taking any form of hormone without proper supervision is asking for trouble. It isn't just what form, but what quantity. Not everyone reacts to each hormone in the same way.

the increase in the levels of androgen will increase your resting metabolic rate. however the diet that you follow ultimately determines your body composition. if you want to decrease body fat you have to give your body sufficient nutrients and calories so it will release these fat stores for energy. for best results you want to follow a low calorie diet which would be close to your BMR + 500 cals. your macros should be close to 50% protein, 30% carbs (30 grams of fiber daily) and 20% healthy fats.
