I personally believe you should not be having sex unless you are old enough and stable enough to raise a child or sign a medical release form for an abortion. What would you do if she got pregnant at 12? Condoms are not 100% safe, only abstinance is. Besides, at both your ages, there should be enough excitment at just being together. She is a child and so are you. Even if it is legal (which I doubt) neither of you are ready for the responsibility of having sex. Don't do it!

It's not statutory rape, I can tell you that. So it's legal...
In detail: once you hit the age of consent in your state, then it becomes illegal and rape (cause she legally cannot consent) until she hits that age. But since you're both under the age of consent (I think there are a couple states which have 16...should be 18 though) then technically both of you in the eyes of the law "don't know what you are doing." So you can't get in trouble at all.
But still, I think you're both too young...so try not to...
No...let me rephrase that (didn't read that last sentence you typed). NO. Don't do it. She's losing her virginity at 12?? and you at 15??
Just wait. Because if you don't end up being with her later on in life, you'll regret doing it. Not only that, you'd have to tell your future girlfriend/wife...and that's harder than the reward for having sex at this age.

Ok, you are both still very young. This is something that you should really wait for before making such a large commitment. Be kids. Enjoy your time with each other by spending time together without sex and build a foundation for a relationship. You can't even spell correctly.....how about some more concentration on school? Legal?? Are you kidding me?

If she is only 12 why are u even considering having sex with a child? you shouldnt even be "dating" or having anytype of relationship with a child. u are a child urself!! u are considering having sex with a 12 year old?! u should be ashamed of yourself!! besides, at 15 u are also way to young for that...

No dont do it. You guys are to young and could get into a lot of trouble. Save yourself for the one you love until you get married...You will regret it if you get found out by others especailly adults. legally you both still are children.

Wow, that's a little weird. Sorry, but you're too young to date, let alone have sex. You should have a talk with her and explain to her that you should take some time off... like 4 years...

whoa, why are you dating a girl that is still in elementry school or in the sixth grade? you are a freshman in highschool. and no, no sex, she is way to young for that, infact, why is a twelve year old thinking about sex at that age in the first place.

woah woah woah hold on there buddy im only 12 and im nowhere near ready for sex and you shouldnt be either your 15 and shes 12. theres no problem with the two of you dating but most likely she just wants to have sex because somethings going on at home and she wants to get it off of her mind or she wants attention. you may love her but wait a few years. you will regret it when you are older.

This is a tough one. I had sex pretty early and outside of marriage also. Sex is not a bad thing. When and where and with whom is another matter. My friend, wait. There's no rush. Date her. If in a couple of or three years she's still there by your side, then you might have yourself a catch.
