Well it means your constipated which is why you haven't pooped in that amount of days and taking either stool sofener, or laxatives will help or drink some mineral water. I am not sire about fiber drinks, but usually when you get that sharp feeling when you're taking a poop is when you need more fiber in your diet.

as long as your stools are easy to pass this is ok ...people vary. But if you struggle i.e. constipation I would seek help from the doc. Keep eating fruit and veg ...drink plenty of water and eat high fiber foods ..like good breakfast cereals. Also exercise really does help.

You need to eat whole grain bread everyday and drink at least 8 glasses of water. Hope that helps.

fiber alone won't help, you need to increase your fluid intake. The body requires a minimum of two liters of water every single day to function efficiently....if you suffer with constipation, I am certain you do not drink anywhere near enough water.
