here check out this video it might make you laugh too , its some zen master guy trying to knock people out , unfortunately one of his opponents happens to be Stephan the American psycho Bonnar! lol

Everything advertised in that really popular Martial Arts magazine "Inside Kung Fu" or something like that is a sham. I've seen the most bs advertisements claiming to give you super strength, make you into a skilled beast in a week, etc.
In fact, that entire magazine has been going down the drain for a while now

Evidently they must and they probably even pay for it. I know a person that when automated phone charges and billing first started up he started a 1-800 number called "Talk to a Ninja" and he had a television commercial going and every kid that could dial a phone calling it for seventy-five cents per minute. Technology had outstripped everything and there was no laws or disclaimers for the first year and he made a ton of money. I would imagine he even had a few adults calling it also. It just goes to show you that the old adage, "A sucker is born every minute" still holds true to some extent.

All it is is a series of muscle "isolating " excercises done without weights .The guy saying he blacked out after carrying his grannie up 5 stars has got to have more wrong than simply incorrect strength building.
Want to discover primal strength get yourself in a situation where you or someone you love has to come out alive or die.You will discover reserves of strength you never knew you had.
Besides no course is going to teach you to quiet that little voice that says to you "I cant do it"Apes and such aren't bothered by such doubts and because of this besides the feats of strength he lists they also attempt to do things even they cant do.
There is an instructor in our area who claims to teach "the true and secret way the body moves".On closer inspection it is a course on kinesthology dressed up in martial arts mumbo jumbo.

Are you kidding? Matt Furey promotes and advertises so much crap I can't believe he hasn't tried selling genuine snake oil tincture on his website.
But hey, I can't blame the man too much. He's living the American dream to the extreme. Like the Field of Dreams, he is building it, and all the world's morons are coming to buy his crap.

grand celestial do....i cant find the actual website anymore but you can still read about it on bullshido pretty much this guy was abducted by aliens stayed with them for 20yrs learning their combat system and being able to unlock "cosmic" energy to allow them to perform feats unheard of on earth. his fighting style can allow for anyone to defeat any other art in any match however him and his students do not fight for glory. also the cosmic energy allows them to be better at any physical sports not only winning at fighting competition but also if they wanted to play pro basketball they would be the best simply because of the new found energy.
and yes people actually do(sadly) buy into it for example that guy charged $400 per month for training in grand celestial do and actually had a fairly big class. might i add they trained in the basement of a gentlemen's club.

Actually the workout that he does, or rather, that he is displaying is very good. The problem is that he has been accused of using OPI (other people's info).
Otherwise, those hindu squats are really good and authentic.
Tew Ryu, Shaolin-Do, Pa Kua Martial Arts(not Pakua Chang).
Oh, and Jeet Kune Do (LOL)
