If you are happy with them that's all that matters.

A 2. I see where you are trying to go with this picture, but you did not capture it right. Try a few more times and move the feet around in each shot. Make sure it is in sharp focus.
Another suggestion:
Try to cut down on the amount of shadows. They are distracting in this photo. If you can, use a tripod and make the subject stand very still while you take the picture. The flash causes a lot of sharp shadows that you may not want.
Be careful when you post photos for people to rate on this site. Many people will just say things that imply "you suck" and not tell you anything to help you improve. I learned this the hard way.
EDIT
If you want to take better quality pictures, I would suggest getting a digital camera. It does not have to be anything fancy. Out of all the cell phone pictures I have seen, the majority, if not all, are really bad. You have a great idea, but not the right equipment. Getting a camera will improve your skills.

Let me just say, that I really don't find fuzzy b/w images of nothing in particular art. I would guess that for nearly nobody will this picture strike a chord. It is what it is. If you arn't caught by its beauty or power when you see it, how can you expect other people to like it?

Jerks? you asked, you got answers!
I think I have better artistic pictures, but thats not the point. I don't think this is art and thats what you asked. DO you REALLY think this is art???? its some cement, and THAT is IT. there is no hidden meaning or power.

Rissa, they are not being mean, they're being honest. It's an obscure image that only a few people will find appealing, it's about as good as you'll get as far as sharpness and such with a cell phone.

If you like feet, it's ok, I give it a minus 3. I got a thumbs down? He asked a question, I answered it honestly. I could have been brutal. It's a crappy picture, makes no sense at all. It looks as if he accidentally tripped the shutter as he was standing on a street corner. If you're too sensitive for the answers, don't ask the question.

I can't even get the link to patch me through so I can look... but a good investment would be a SLR film camera, cheaper than your phone...
