the heat is draining the water from the oxygen in the room!! put a bowl of water by the radiator or gas/electric fire to stop your headaches

if you have propane heating you could be like me, i get severe headaches from too much propane floating in the air. if thats not it, it could just be that your body is rejecting it for an unknown reason or lack of oxygen try putting a wood stove in, or if thats not an option use a humidifyer to add oxygen and put moisture in the air.

Have you had your system serviced? You need to make sure you are breathing in safe air . If you are renting it is down to the landlord to have a corgi registered person check the carbon in the air. This can be a cause of head aches

It happens to me too...Dries my sinuses out :(
Put a bowl of water next to the radiators in your house to put some moisture back in the air :)

this happens to me. You have to drink lots of water. You get dehydrated from the heat.
