Since belief generally means to accept a superstition as being true without substantiating evidence, the one thing in life I can never accept is to "believe in" anything. Life is already difficult to properly manage, without adding the needless complications of superstitious religion. To "believe in" anything is the willful abdication of human intelligence and is something I will never do.

But I assume you've had that answer from 9 out of 10 answerers, so I'll say New Age. It's second on my list of things I will never be able to believe in due to the existence of logic in my mind.

There are lots of things I would never believe in, such as:
Santa Claus
Tooth Fairy
Easter Bunny
Great Pumpkin

And last, but certainly not least, SATAN. There is no such thing as Satan aka The Boogeyman.
