No. Hell and Heaven are fictional places. They don't really exist.
God is just an old superstition. When you die, you're just dead. So live your life well while you have it.

The age of reason is never mentioned in the Bible. God kept everyone that was over 25 from entering the promised land after the golden calf incident. Maybe He judges each person as an individual.

Yes! Teens can go to hell, just like adults. For the kids part theres a age of accountablity. Which just means when a child gets old enough to actually understand the Bible and that Jesus died for them he is accountable for sins. But babys and toddlers don't necessaryly understand everything yet.

Anyone past the age of reason (around age 6 or 7) can go to hell if they are in the state of mortal sin. A mortal sin has to be a grave sin (which suicide is), it has to be done in FULL knowledge of the sin, and with complete willingness to commit the sin.
In the case of suicide, we do not know exactly what state a person's mind is in when they decide to commit suicide, nor do we know if they had time to repent in a split second before they died.
God's Mercy is infinite and perfect. He alone knows the state of our souls. If a person is mentally ill and commits suicide without full knowledge of the mortal sin, or is repentant, we have to trust in God's Mercy that He will take care of that soul.

Oh dear... A better question for you and your spirituality may be "how many teens will a loving all-forgiving God be willing to place in eternal damnation for checking out one girl on TV?" Try not to be so hard on yourself. You will be tempted and tested, but that's in itself is not the sin. This passage that I read from someone's blog expands on fantasizing: "When we are tempted to do something wrong that in and of itself is not sin. If we dwell and fantasize on that thought and choose to desire that thing that we are tempted with it will become sin. In other words, if I have a thought about my neighbor, that one thought is not sin. If I choose to embrace that thought and let it consume my mind, that thought will turn to lust and that is sin. The book of James says “but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.” Frankly, you are a 15 year old boy. Nature is going to take it's course whether you like it not. Your sexuality is NOT wrong. God made us to be human to to be sexual creatures. Try to not be so hard on yourself... And remember Catholic churches tend to exaggerate many sins and their punishments. And most priests really do understand your struggles as a teenage boy and take fantasizing with a grain of salt... Of course there are unfortunately exceptions.

Hell is the grave.
Wasn't hellfire a popular belief in the Middle Ages?
All persons die and go to the grave. "The dead are conscious of nothing at all". Ecclesiastes 9:5

They can because they have a conscience choice whether to believe in Jesus Christ or not. You would have to be mentally diabled and you will probally have a get free pass, but i did say probally cause you dont have a mentally conscience decision to believe.

teens and children can go to hell if they have the "age of reason".
someone who kills themself, is under terrible pain, maybe unbearable, we know God is mercy, and maybe he gave them the grace to say I love you Jesus Im sorry, before death closed their eyes.

I believe it is Children that cannot go to hell...because they are before the age of understanding. Teens, on the other hand, are perfectly capable of making up their minds.
EDIT***
Also, I believe that suicide is the most selfish act of all mankind.
