Its possible your dog is having a stroke. One of my dogs had a stroke while I was at work. When I got home he had very poor balance. He would get up and walk a few steps before falling again. If you can't get to a vet tonight, about all you can do is keep the dog as comfortable as possible until morning. When the vet's office opens in the morning, call and make an appointment to have the dog checked out. It may not be a stroke. she might be having a seizure. I understand about not being able to get to a vet. After 5:00 pm the nearest vet to me is almost 200 miles. Sometimes that makes things tough to deal with. Good luck. When my dog had his stroke he was 16 years old. I put him down that night. My brother's dog had a stroke at 11 years old and lived almost a year before having another one.
