1. Sleeps at about 5 in the morning and wakes up at about 7 Mostly because she can't sleep, seems depressed.
2. she might have ocd? obsessed with being clean..examples:
-must sleep with clean clothes on
after showering, cant sit on the toilet unless its been cleaned
-wipes floor using napkins about 2 times a day..esp. the near the front door
-washes hands too often and about 3 minutes each time
-yells at me if i dont wash my hands after coming home
3. after moving to a new condo about 2 years ago, she doesn't do anything. she just leaves boxes stacked on top of each other in her room. you can't even walk to the corners of her room. When i tell her that she should clean up, she just blames my dad (her ex-husband) that he won't help her buy any shelves. even though he has nothing to do with it.
Theres a carpet of dust stuck to the exhaust fan and she refuses to clean it.. i think its becuz she doesnt wanna get dirty
Personally, i think she has ocd or some kind of depression

She will have random outbursts of anger at me and my sister for the littlest thing. She's usually mad at something else but just lets it out at me. the sad thing is that she doesn't know she's doing it.
She won't let me go more than about 1 meter within her room. even thought theres not much room.

I have recommended her going to a therapist but whenever i do, she just yells at me because she thinks she completely normal.
She thinks giong to a therapist is for crazy people and I'm sure that if she went she would be so ashamed/ embaressed.

I can't help her do anything (chores). She never lets anyone help her because she wants it to be done her way and that everyone else will mess it up.

Yeah, seems like she is having a hard time transitioning to her new life.
How old are you? If your over 18 you can actually call a mental health clinic in town & talk to them about your mom.
Sometimes its hard to talk to anyone about your family members, but seeing someone who is professional & trained in this area is a big help.
Then maybe after geting counseled yourself, you can encourage your mom gently about getting help for your mom.
I saw a licensed social worker who did psychotherapy... best thing for me. Never asked me to go on any prescription medicine. They were there to help sort out worries & troubles that's all.

I take it your parents are most likely recently divorced? You must understand that is a very difficult thing to go though emotionally and it can really create some problems; depression, for one.
Her over cleanliness can be OCD. But I think the depression is something that accerbates everything. She really does need counseling, just to talk about how she is feeling.
I don't know how old you are, but you can help her unpack those boxes, clean the exhaust fan and explain (calmy) that you think she need to get help for this. Talk to her friends or family member to get more help and support for her too. All too often, it's the women in divorces that are forgotten and have the worst time of it.
As for counseling being for "crazy people" you let her know it's the healthy ones that go to counseling trying to get help for their pain and suffering! The very sick never get there on their own.

In her favor, vinegar is often used as a cleaning agent. It could have had something to do with that. In yours, the other stuff definitely sounds like a mental illness, but I'm no psychiatrist and I'm not at all authorized to diagnose her.

She is Depressed and has OCD which leads to EXTREME anxiety. She needs to see a Psychiatrist and get on medications.
Depression doesn't neccessarily mean stays and bed and sleeps- and be expressed in irritablity and outbursts.
Trust me, the best thing you can do for her is to get her to a doctor.

See needs ti see a therapist, psychiatrist ASAP. This is beyond OCD. There is definitely depression involved. See if you can get her to see her general doctor along with you and explain your concerns.

She doesn't sound like she has OCD...just sounds like she likes cleanliness. However, she definitely sounds depressed. You should talk to a trusted adult (like a relative of hers maybe?) to try to help get her some help.
I just read your additional info...I need to stress something:
It is NOT your responsibility to make your mom seek help. Tell a trusted adult what you told us and ask them to get her some help.

Stress can do this...She needs a hug to start with...then discuss out of concern for her and you how to solve the problem...Do you have any older person to turn to?
