Okay, so I kinda like this guy. I've known him since my sophomore year (I'm a Senior) and we liked each other for a little bit around this time of year a while back. But now I'm starting to like him again.
He's a laid back, quite guy, doesn't say a whole lot, but whenever I see him he starts teasing me and stuff. I'm just not sure what that means.
Also, what are some good conversation topics? He's a horrible conversationalist, which leaves me to start it off, and I'm not much better!
I know this is a lot, and it's kind of a dumb question (I swore I'd never ask dumb relationship questions but here I am) but any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I think he may have a crush on you. One way you can find out is by going out with him as "just friends" and find out if it leads to any progress. Try going out to a casual place like the movies or someplace where you and your friends would go, see where that leads too. From there you have to decide what to do with it.
For conversation topics you could start off with a "did you ever notice how..." or "have you ever been to..." stuff that you and your friends would talk about.

You need to get him to ask you out (or you could just ask him). It shouldn't take much work--he likes you. The teasing means he is comfortable around you.
For conversation topics, you can find them in the paper or on internet news. Focus on 'news of the wierd' and 'stupid criminal' stories--they are often the best. Did you hear about the guy who used a flower pot to steal a porche? Then scan info about your local music scene or something like that. And finally, anything you are passionate about is a good conversation topic, as long as you are capable of leaving out some of the details. If you leave out anything important and make things confusing, he'll ask--but it is important that you don't get boring by going on about things he doesn't understand or care about. But whatever you are talking about, be exciting and animated in the way you tell the story.

Wow. Catholic 14 likes complaining. I think it's funny how some people get so upset over a stupid day. Well, that's a cute idea. I'm not sure from a guy's perspective if he'd like it, but if he's not completely insensitive, he'll like it cos of the effort you put into it. I mean.. if you actually put real effort into it.

Conversation topics- Music ( did you hear?) Movies ( did you see ?) PARTYING or PARTIES ( who can't talk about that), last but not least SEX ( probably one of the funnnest things to talk about). Like the other guy said teasing is flirting, so tease back

teasing and stuff is flirting, according to most people. I do it and my x thought i was flirting, but i was just beeing me. So talk to him about it. Oh wait there is a subject you could talk about, talk about your relationship and see if yall are just friends or if you both want more

search in google easy conversation and practice talking to friends on aim or w/e then practice with other ppl at your school until ur ready to talk to him i've had that problem too sucking at conversation but just practice on aim ect. so ur not nervous then to actual ppl then to him..hope i helped
