No. You need a huge dose of penicillin IM (by Shot) then 10 days PO (by mouth) Chlamydia require a different treatment.
And, if you a female and you're done with treating both of those you will have a need to be treated for a Yeast Infection, from the penicillin. What happened? Do you or your partner use your party hat? Once one has been treated for several STD'S they are more likely to get HIV also. It's not an opinion; it's fact.

No. The treatment for gonorrhea is ceftriaxone which is a cephalosporin antibiotic. Its a single intramuscular injection. Chlamydia is treated with doxycycline (taken for 1 week) or azithromycin (one time dose).

*Note to the previous poster, Flagyl is not an antifungal it is an antibiotic which has an additional antiprotozoal effect.

If you want to treat both gonorrhea and chlamydia. Then Azithromycin is the best antibiotic to use. It is effective against both in most cases.

Here is some information about it:

I don't know the treatmet for the two STDs you mentioned but if an antibiotic is one of them, then probably so. They use it in the hospital (for surgeries) a LOT, including heard and colon surgeries (high risk for infection).
