i like this girl from my work, we only know each other for 3 days and we been talking on the phone & via text, i know she likes me as well, but i want it to be sure; how do i ask her out? or drop a hint that i want her to be my girl friend!!

Piece of cake ! Because you two are colleague and working together ! Start talking to her regarding job related matter, ask for assistant on certain detail/data on the task or porject you are on and she has got those info ! or offer your helping hand in facilitating her task/project !
Try to have tea/lunch/dinner together, of course the first few times should be with others colleague around so that you both wouldn't feel so tense-up, this also provide the opportunity for the both of you to know each other better !
As the two of you are getting closer [ after knowing each other more n better ] then try to minimise the involvement of others colleague during those hang out session !
Never show your favouritism toward her in the office [ it easy said than actually doing it ], bring those affection n intimacy moment outside !

For starters, try to not date people at work. It rarely ends well. And if you've onyl known her 3 days, I wouldn't be talkig about her becoming your girlfriend. Get to know her outside of work as friends and if the chemistry is really there, it will jsut happen. But if you ask her out and she turns you down, realize you have to see her every day at work.
But is she worth losing your job and possibly getting bad references for future jobs?? If so, proceed. If not, don't say you weren't warned if things don't work out.

How close do you work with this girl? Is this a serious job where you are a full time employee? Be very careful wirh workplace romamaces unless its one of those college aged jobs.

Say "Hey you wanna go mini golf sometime" and the reason why i say mini golf is because when you golf you can say " hey let me show you how its done" then you hold her waist and guide her through it!
