earlier I was with her and i kissed her on the neck like under the ear and she giggled and said "that tickles, it gives me chills down my legs" and than she kisses me after. Is this it?

yeh go for it that means u hit her spot but mostly be careful becuase some hot spots are in elbows, ear lobe,neck, kness so which means u problay dont becuase of course it tickles for a girl but try these other hot spots u might find the real one

bingo, behind the ear is one of the best places, just because your breathing out, blowing the little hairs behind it, which give a great feeling, the tummy is always good too
