I was raised as an average Christian. I grew up going to Church sometimes, but mostly with friends. I question alot of things, I don't believe a lot in the bible because none of it is proven. Your going by what people tell you, and a book that was written thousands of years ago with expired beliefs and who's to say after the many times it was translated that some was lost in translation? Who's to say it's not just something to live your life by? I believe in a superior being, something like God watching over us, an afterlife and a heaven and maybe hell.... but 95% of the bible you just can't believe. What is faith? Faith is believing in what others told you, not believing in God, because technically God doesn't exist, he's never given you anything personally to believe in. Would I go to a Hell if there was one for believing this? Am I considered a certain type of religion?

Bubbha Jo, I can't take that test because I don't know what I believe. I can tell you what I WANT to believe, but without proof of these things, one cannot believe it.

Paganism sounds cool and all, but in all reality it's a video game I'd like to play, not something to live my life by. Regardless, even if I wanted to believe it, I would be lying to myself and the true God because there isn't any proof of any of this!!! You can twist the truth all you want but until there is hard proof one cannot believe anything. I don't see how God can punish this either because that's what separates you from the crazies wearing straight jackets who think they are werewolves or someone is out to get them.

If you are unable to believe 95% of what the Bible says, then you are still locked into the same presupositions that you were taught to believe.

Just a thought since Im Pagan by birth and to a family of generational witches over the last 3 thousnd years. Read some material on the pagan religion of witchcraft also refered to as the craft, The old religion. You might find this spiritual path enlightening or inspireing. The old religion predates the bible by tens of thousands of years. You can also look into many other old religions which all fall under the umbrella term paganism. Bhuddism, Shintoism, Hinuism, etc. and many others. Happy exploring
