The campaign for Iraq ended years ago. It was never actually a war to begin with. And no, I would not end our troop presence in Iraq, being that as vietnam and others have shown us, power vacuums are too dangerous to be left open for anybody to fill. Besides, as a stable base of forward operations, presence in iraq is a constant thorn in terrorists' side... instead of knowing they have 8 hours from discovery until the arrival of US bombers, now they have only minutes from discovery until we can place bombs on target.

I would try to end the war by completing the mission and winning. Everyone wants the war to end. Some want it to end in defeat and others with victory.

Yes as soon as we Finnish the job. I would tell all our so called European and soviet Asian, Indian and African allies that if they don't s++T or get off the pot i or we will cut all financial and humanitarian aid to them and put toward securing our nation. after all what have they done for use lately?
Then reinstate the Draft and Finnish the job. for all the libs and old college prof.x hippies. we do need labor to build the fence along Mexico.

yes - just not now. I think it's too dangerous to just pull out. Leave the decision to the generals in Iraq not the pin-heads in Washington!

There is no war in Iraq, and therefore no war in Iraq can end. Unless you can show when Congress declared war there, do some more research.

as far as the first individual they may not define it as war in congress, but it is still a war.

it is difficult to get out now because what occurs after we leave, we should have never gone.
