Should I just dash it on, rub it it, maritanate with water,, what is best? do you have a reciepe for this?

Pour some oil over the chicken, like olive oil, and rub on the lemon pepper....put in ziplock, place in fridge at least an hour, and then bake

Just sprinkle it on and either bake or pan fry the chicken in a little olive oil and butter until done. Serve with rice or pasta. Yum!

put the chicken in a bag and sprinkle with the lemon pepper. seal the bag and rub it all around.
