Not yet. Talk to him and get a feel for where you stand with him and go from there. If you guys havent really talked and you just throw out the fact that you love him,,,you might scare him away...take it slow.

hey, im in the situation right now but im the guy trying to tell the girl....
start building a relationship again, start taking everyday even if you think your clingy, just talk....then say i love you, but after it say that you just want to tell them how you felt all this time...you'll usually wont expect the same answer...but atleast he will know....then who knows...
