No NO AND NO WAY!!
Your car sterio will probably require more than one amp, The resulting low voltage will damage the power transistors.
Two, the output of the battery is a pure smooth steady 12V, but a none filtered battery charger will put out a modified sign wave that looks like camel humps. The voltage is not smooth or stable. At minimum you would hear 60 hz noise, maximum..damage to your sterio.
Good luck..but don't do this..Now, you can connect to a battery and put the charger on that, and get smooth output, but again, one amp will not keep the battery charged.

The charger is not meant to be a power source, only a charging source. As such, without a battery, it's voltage will fluctuate badly when a load is applied and may wind up damaging the stereo and/or the charger.

Of course! Why not? Done it many times for weeks in a row. Can do it with no problem.
