Are feline mast cell tumors contagious to other cats or dogs?

Our cat has a mast cell tumor on his face. Is there any chance that it could be transmitted to a bulldog in the house? He will have surgery for it next month.

No form of tumour is contagious. It's a systemic condition, it is not caused by any pathogen like a virus or a bacterium, therefore it cannot be transmitted.

No tumors are not contagious!!!
