Carbohydrates....spaghetti, mac n cheese, any pasta with loads os sauce, meat....etc.

Any kind of chicken....

In fact...protein is your best bet for filling up, with a low calorie count....the protein is converted to energy and the body should have at least 60mg of it per day.

Excellent nutrition...but don't forget that pasta once in a while...keeps one from 'protein starvation' when the body gets only protein.

squirrels are but you have to get the nice young ones that aren't fat as there all fat and not much meat on the old fat squirrels so yer squirrels the nice young ones are the go
