Please can any1 tell me why i have so much power. i am 15, not as big as most people my age and my muscles are not that big however i am alot powerfuller than most people and very fast. please can any1 tell me why this is lol? I do not lift weights or anything like that. im not bragging or anything i just want to know why. thanks.

size is not an indicator of power. mostly muscle size is relevant to water retention. with increased strenght comes size your muscles have to adapt if you get stronger than your muscle will produce more mass to equal out its distribution of power. if you would start working out then you would probnotice size increase relatively quick.
