btw... i DONT wanna put anything dirty in there.. if you know what i mean haha..
maybe i could use a different kissing technique or something? or maybe put my tongue in his mouth and wiggle it about? i dont know.. any ideas? thanks! xx

Aw. The dirty things are the most fun. Also, I strongly suggest you avoid the 'open wide' part. If you give yourself a few minutes to think about this, you'll see why your boyfriend would find that particular statement extremely uncomfortable. Suprise him with something other than a thing that needs to be put in his mouth. You could get him some sort of gift. Or you could have him close his eyes for a bit longer and change into a cute outfit you think he'd like to see you in (as long as you know he might peek!) or something like that.

slightly warm up some chocolate and let it dribble into his mouth,then pour it over the rest of him,trust me,hel love it
