okay- lately ive been trying to lose weight.
and i have FAILED at every atemptt. UGH.

so today i was like- "THIS IS THE DAY. FINALLY.
I WILL EAT HEALTHYYY!"

AND THEN I DIDNT.

breakfast-
small bowl of oatmeal-180 cals
2 fried eggs
1 LITE string cheese- 6 cals

then at lunch at school i had
1 breadstick
2 packets of baby carrots- 30 cals

and when i got home:
a can of tuna with 1 tbsp of mayo
and a orange

then i just ate a SMALL piece of pie.
WHY DID I EAT PIE? UGH OMG.

and i also had a small piece of chocolate.



HOW CAN I REVERSE WHAT I HAVE DONE?

omg i hate myself. i try to just say- "well, tomorrows
another day. ill just try again then."

but that has happened TOO MANY TIMES!!


HELP MEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You said yourself you ate a SMALL piece of pie, and a SMALL piece of chocolate.

CHILL OUT! A diet is never going to work if you beat yourself up about what "mistakes you made."

Get over it. You ate a piece of pie. At least you didn't eat the entire pie.

Take it one day at a time and calm down. There's no need to be hard on yourself for eating a piece of freaking pie.

i know how you feel its horrible.
i'm the same, except i am HAVING to eat fatty foods at night because of my stupid mother.
i keep saying tomorrows another day, fresh start, i can be in control again but it happens too much
and not losing weight is so distressing
and i'd rather die than gain
so i know exactly how you're feeling, but sorry i don't really know how to help

Ok the damage has been done ,let it go ,start exercising,if you can`nt stay faithful to yourself no one can make you but you. not enough protein not enough water,you do not lose weight from not eating.

2morrow have this:

Breakfast: One bowl of lowfat oatmeal (with splenda)
Lunch: Tuna Sandwitch with organic/low fat chips (small bag)
Snack: Low Fat Yougart
Dinner: Whole Grain pasta with chinken breast

And remember: NO PIE!!!

wow.. that chick is kinda a *****!

don't take is so seriously

you need to eat more, and better, then you won't have cravings and you will lose weight, try veggies, boil the eggs don't fry them and like i said 2000 calories a day!

When you feel like you ate too much ,just go do some exercise
