okay- lately ive been trying to lose weight.
and i have FAILED at every atemptt. UGH.
so today i was like- "THIS IS THE DAY. FINALLY.
I WILL EAT HEALTHYYY!"
AND THEN I DIDNT.
breakfast-
small bowl of oatmeal-180 cals
2 fried eggs
1 LITE string cheese- 6 cals
then at lunch at school i had
1 breadstick
2 packets of baby carrots- 30 cals
and when i got home:
a can of tuna with 1 tbsp of mayo
and a orange
then i just ate a SMALL piece of pie.
WHY DID I EAT PIE? UGH OMG.
and i also had a small piece of chocolate.
HOW CAN I REVERSE WHAT I HAVE DONE?
omg i hate myself. i try to just say- "well, tomorrows
another day. ill just try again then."
but that has happened TOO MANY TIMES!!
HELP MEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
