i am doing everything, eating healthy, exercising etc.. i eat dinner at 8 PM. I have lost 11 pounds in 3 months. but its seems its not moving further. I still have lower belly pouch

i DO STRENGTH TRAINING 3 TIMES A WEEK. PILATES 2 TIMES. CARDIO - 5 TIMES. EAT SUPER HEALTHY. OATMEAL BRAN-MORNING, LUNCH - LENTIL SOUP OR SALAD ETC DINNER SALAD WITH LEAN MEAT OR FISH. AND FRUITS ONCE A DAY

And yes, i can I have tiniest waste. i had until a year ago. My body structure is very small. I am very petite.

I'm in the same place, all the advice I've gotten is intensify your cardio, but I'd like to c what else you get,

it could be you are not eating enough, make sure you get at least 1500 calories/day

Your body could have just decided it's a healthy weight for you.

If anything, just work a little hard and eat a little less, I suppose.

Make sure you are drinking lots of water. When you are even a little dehydrated, your metabolism slows down.
