you have to ask yourself why you need to.
By not caring is also generally the best way to make yourself more appealling. I could care less if I appeal to men and I've never been so popular!
edit - i've viewed your 360 and i wish i hadn't wasted my time answering this question.

education and kindness go the best but be yourself that's most important. There is nothing more disappointing then finding someone has been putting up a front that is not really them. Just be patient or maybe your going after the wrong guys and it never hurts if you like someone to ask them out guys like that too. Good luck

well start simple and with things you can actually do easily
like your facebook profile - update it add quality pictures yourself , delete bad ones ,
look at your clothes - throw away ugly outfits , find more appealing ones . but not sluty clothes just stuff that nicer .
have you considered geting a tattoo or piercing that guys find attractive ?

After viewing your 360 I would say wear some clothes. The promise of what is there is sometimes more attractive than an open purse.

it depends on what type of man your after, some like shy women some don't, some like smart women and some don't.
just give it time the right man will come along, don't try and change who you are to suit someone else

you have the looks, so try having a laugh and not get too serious. blokes love a girl they can have fun with and feel at ease. last thing he wants is a bird getting heavy early on.

do not try to be something you are not.....
money will get you bums,
education can get you anything,
kindness and self respect will get you the best man.
note.... if the picture you posted is you..... you have the attention of most men already...... make them DESRVE you, don't settle for scraps.
