i've herd that if you swallow your gum it doesnt come out....if not then where does it go?

This is an old wives tale. It comes out like anything else and just as timely.

Don't worry, what goes in will eventually come out if your body is drinking enough 'water'. People don't realize that water is the major factor in keeping your stool regular and it keeps you cleaned out in there also....
