What are some good ways to start a conversation with someone you like ?

I like a girl but we don't even get say hello to each other I'm like having a crush on her ( CRUSH ON SIGHT :) ). I can start a conversation with her on msn right away .. but lol what should i say got any hints ... tips , anything . I would be grateful.

if your in school, make a conversation about how it is/subjects/teachers, talk about activites, and gossip doesnt hurt, talk abuot a friend they know that you know too, funny stuff....
