that you can put what ingrediants I want in a dish and recommend/give good recipes? i.e Garlic, onion, pasta and cheese...then it will pop up a recipe that fits those ingradients

recipesource.com has a ton of recipes.

Since I'm from Louisiana I tend to use Gumbopages and Tabasco.com

By the way I use all the ingredients that you named in my baked shrimp fettuccine.

Well, this is from a website where anyone can post a recipe without it being tested, so if you use it, look to see if there are any comments and stars to see how it turned out.. if there is no comments or stars, use your best judgment...
