I use Vaseline but it don't seem to work well.

I use Burts Bee's-- it keeps your lips conditioned and isn't overly oily or greasy. If they are really chapped, I would suggest Eight Hour Cream by Elizabeth Arden. It's pretty expensive-- but it's the best product I've ever used for that sort of thing, and you can you it on dry skin otherwise on your face, hands, etc.

Vaseline actually makes mine 10 times worse! I use chapstick, or something similar and never go outside without either that or lippy on!

I use a toothbrush to exfoliate the dry skin off of my lips, and then I use Blistex, the type in a green tube. Then you will have smooth, nice lips.

Burt's bees lip balm is the best lip balm I have ever used. They have a variety of other good products too, but their original lip balm is the best

Blistex.. you can get one that is medicated to treat chapped lips and you can get one that prevents you from getting it!
First time ever i havnt had sore lips in winter because Ive been using blistex!!

carmex works really good, also blistex and chapstick. when you moisturize your face run some over your lips. hope that helps :)

maybe ure sensitve u could try chap stick as it worked 4 me and my lips r really senstive

nothing better than blistex. i lifegaurded for years and tried almost everything. better things out there to stop them from chapping to start with, but nothing better once chapped.
