Are there any tricks? Also, i was thinking about sending some muffins. Any tips on how to keep those together?

cookies are fairly easy to send. just put in a ziplock, let out the air, wrap with bubble wrap and place in a box.

For muffins, I believe you can buy disposable aluminum muffin tins. I'd use those to the muffins still have structure. The tops are a little more fragile. I'd saran wrap the top around to the bottom, but I'd still use bubble wrap over the top.

When you pack the box, just make sure things don't have enough room to bounce around.

Use a lot of tissue-type paper in the box with the cookies, then put that box in a larger box full of packing peanuts.

Muffins would be considerably harder because you'll want to keep them from drying out. But perhaps a similar arrangement would work.

Good luck!

Pop corn is the cheapest and best packing stuff.
Muffins, send them in the tray, cover with plastic wrap.
Cookies, put themin a tin, tuck in paper towel, wax paper or tissue paper swo they don't move, and then put them in a box, surround themin popcorn or more newspaper to ship.
