He is such a jerk all the time. He constantly calls me fat and ugly and he told me that i would **** up a wet dream. My mother tells me that i take everything was to seriously but he never lets me go out of the house. He always yells at me for not doing things right. He hates all of my friends and grounds me when they call because he is racist. And im really not that ugly.

This is not okay and in fact, is emotional and verbal abuse. I suggest talking with your Mom, when your step dad isn't around and the two of you are currently fighting.
Let her know how badly the things he says makes you feel and how the constant criticism is really affecting you.
If Mom can't or won't do anything, do you have any other family members to turn to that would be on your side? Your Dad, Grand parents, Aunts, Uncles etc...,"
If not, I suggest you start talking with someone at school like the nurse or counselor to get the support that you need.
Baby, just remember that he is a grown man and you are a child. He should know better and there is nothing you could do or didn't do that makes it okay for him to treat you this way. Keep your chin up and stay strong.

When that jerk says thoseq things to you respond like this well your not so handsome yourself I've seen better looking guys that my mom has dated. Your mom needs to step up and not allow these types of things to be said to you

You need to talk to your mother and make sure she understands what his verbal abuse is doing to you. If she doesn't have the backbone to stick up for you, go to your father, your grandparents, your minister or your school counselor. Ask them to help you talk to your mother, your step father is way way out of line.

well i know how you feel.. best thing maybe is tell a consuler at school... they may want you to talk to someone else. dcfs if they find your step father is not treating you right they can take you out of the house and put you in a safe place... him calling you names is abuse!...
