Gears of war 2 will only be released for the Xbox 360.

Gears of War is developed/published by Microsoft Game studios so it is guaranteed to be a Xbox 360 exclusive just like games that are developed by SCEA are guaranteed to be PS3 exclusives (Heavenly Sword, Resistance Fall of Man, etc..)
