#1 is ok,
#2 is going to give you problems (those diamonds WILL fall out, it's pressure fused)
#3 is a cookie cutter of everything else out there
I'd keep looking, there's tons of beautiful, girly, *unique* rings out there if you really look.
Good luck :)

My best friend has the first ring and it is STUNNING. Probably the most beatuful ring I have ever seen, but she will need 2 things to pull it off, #1 long slender fingers and alot of self confidence because it is a BIG ring, she has to wear the ring the ring shouldnt wear her.
I dont care for #2 at all.
#3 is ok if she is interested in more simple and delicate jewelry, but since I have seen #1 in person that gets my vote.

If he thinks that she would like something very large and flashy, then number one is the one. The center stone is very big. He should consider the size of her finger vs. the size of the stone. Maybe if you are similar in hand size, go to a local store and try on a 2 carat ring.....
The link that you sent on number 2 does not give any specs on the stones. They could be of very poor quality and look like frozen spit instead of shiny, glittery diamonds.
The stones in number 3 are of better quality than the other 2 links. They are smaller than the first, but my personal opinion is that a stone(s) of medium size, with a better quality, is the way to go. My ring isn't overly large (.85ct) but the quality of the stone is exceptional, and I get comments almost daily from complete strangers on how beautiful it is.
I would suggest doing research on diamonds prior to purchasing. I learned a lot before getting mine.....I got to help pick it... Try going to goodoldgold.com and learn the facts about diamonds, carefully consider the size on her hand, and make an informed decision. Good luck to your brother!

Ring 1 is HUGE compared to #2 and #3...so if money wasn't an issue, #1 is the best by far. If you are looking for something reasonable, and elegant, I would vote for #3. It is a beautiful ring with a lot of meaning behind it (past present future) and has that elegant timeless look to it.

Ring 1: has no shine because of the cut
Ring 2: 4 stone clusters are bad because dirt gets stuck in between the diamonds and you can't get it out (my boyfriend is a jeweler and told me this)
Ring 3: Pretty
Ring 4: definatly my favorite one out of the 4!!

The first one, it's stunning, I love the shape of the stones and the side stones really emphasise the middle one, in fact it is so lovely I am going to copy the design when I have a dress ring made, my granny left me some loose gem stones that I want to have set and this design is beautiful.

Ring 3 for sure. The first one is just too big - almost gaudy, and I really don't like the '4-stone' center on the second one. It really detracts from the look of the ring.

Ring 1 was beautiful. I would love to get a ring like that. The other two were too plain and boring.

Well, I like the first and the third. they are very different rings though, the third being very traditional, the first being more modern. I don't like the second one, I hate it when they group smaller diamonds together instead of putting in a center stone. Just my thought though.

ring 2 is beautiful for a lady who like to be flashy and ring 3 is for a lady who's very active so the diamonds wont fall off or something
