Iced green tea, sugar free popsicles, acai berries are supposed to supress appetite too. The best thing to do is when you have a food craving to drink a glass of water or tea (no sugar) and wait 20 minutes, then if you are still hungry have a healthy snack like a piece of fruit or some raw veggies. Foods with lots of fiber will fill you up for few calories.

Well, you need food to live, so I would say that you really can't get away from it. If you starve yourself, your body will slow down and that isn't healthy. Eat the right foods and you will lose weight. Exercise will keep your metablolism up and you will burn the food you eat. Starving yourself only makes you sick.

Drink a lot of water and dont try and eat nothing at all because it backfires. not only do you retain water, your body goes into panic mode and starts storing fat. My advice is to eat little and often, small portions of dried fruit are filling and sustain you without being fattening.

Drink water with Lemon works for me. Your brain sends the same signal through your system when it's thirsty or hungry, if you're not drinking at least half your body weight in ounces you're not drinking enough water.

Warm tea. Go out, do things that distract you from food. If you eat, eat very little. You'd be surprised how little your body needs to get by, 80% of what most people eat is excess.
