Does adderall burn fat or increase one’s metabolism?

I am prescribed to take this medicine for ADD and I know adderall is intended for ADD ,not weight loss (anymore), but I am wondering if adderall not only suppress appetite but also burn fat??? or speed up ones metabolism?? -thanks in advance

does it still have negative effects on my health/body (liver ect.) if i AM prescribed to take it?

no, adderall doesn't do any of those things, it suppresses appetite but that is about it.
It is also risky to take if you don't have ADD, it has some nasty effects on the liver.
