What kind of steak pork then 8-12 minutes to make sure it is fully cooked. Beef 2-5 minutes until it is brown, most red meat steak is roughly 2-5 minutes but it depends on the heat of the pan and the thickness the of the pieces and the size also remember when you add alot of meat to a pan the heat of the pan drops best to do small quantities at a time this way the heat of the pan will remain more constant.
